Our Services

S.MAB Designs specialises in manufacturing school uniforms, corporate wear, and bespoke custom apparel.

Quotes & Orders

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Orders will only be processed once written confirmation and, where applicable, deposit payment have been received.
• Final pricing may vary depending on fabric availability, custom requirements, or changes requested by the client.

Payments

• A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the balance due on delivery/collection.
• Payments must be made via EFT, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
• Late payments may delay delivery timelines.

Production & Delivery

• Production timelines will be confirmed once an order is finalised.
• While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen delays (e.g., supplier shortages, load shedding, courier disruptions) may occur.
• Delivery or collection details will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless items are defective or incorrect based on the confirmed order.
• Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery/collection.
• Alterations or adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, artwork, and order details.
• We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.

Intellectual Property

• Logos, artwork, and designs provided by clients remain their property.
• S.MAB Designs retains ownership of its production methods, patterns, and processes.
• Unless otherwise requested, we may showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing.

Limitation of Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure quality, S.MAB Designs is not liable for indirect losses such as business interruption, loss of profits, or third-party claims.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the product supplied.

Our handling of personal information is outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to our use of your information as described there.
